Vodafone Mobile Number Porting
Your customer may port their existing mobile number when they switch to Vodafone.
Ports are usually completed within 3 business hours. Porting hours are: Monday to Friday: 8am to 8pm (AEST/AEDT) Saturdays: 10 am to 6pm (AEST/AEDT) Sundays and Public Holidays: Closed
How do my customers port their mobile number to Vodafone?
Your customer's mobile service must be active on their SIM card, using their temporary mobile number. To activate the SIM card, they just need to insert it into their phone and make a call. Then, when ready to port, they should contact Vodafone on 1300 101 606 to request the porting of their number.

Before you or your customer begins to place your order, you will need: 1. To be 18 years or older 2. Your IBO Business ID 3. Choice of plan, contract term and handset 4. 100 points of identification: Drivers License, Medicare or Passport 5. Bank account or credit card information
If your mobile number is ported from ACN to Vodafone, ACN will automatically cancel your ACN service once your number has been successfully ported.
Mobile Broadband services are not automatically cancelled with ACN. You will therefore need to contact ACN to cancel your ACN service, once your new Vodafone Mobile Broadband service is active
Residential vs Business Sign Ups
If the customer is a Residential customer or a Business that has a sole trader ABN, please complete the sign up by selecting Mobile from the menu above and following the links to the Vodafone sign up webpage.
If the customer is a Business customer with an ABN other than sole trader or would like to sign up more than 5 mobile services, please ask the customer to call the Vodafone's business line on 1300 365 898.
