Updated Broadband Guide & Overviews for IBOs

ACN offers you the opportunity to be in business for yourself but never by yourself – as such, we’re constantly looking at ways to help you promote and sell ACN products and services.

ACN ADSL/Naked DSL services and the nbn™ Broadband rollout are a huge opportunity for you, our IBOs. With over 6.6 million internet subscribers in Australia as at December 2014^, and the nbn™ forecast to be rolled out to 2.2 million homes by June 2016 (ramping up to a total of 12.4 million homes over the next 5 years)*, there’s a massive market to sell ACN’s Broadband services and grow your business today.

Based on your feedback, we’ve made some enhancements and updates to 3 Broadband documents available via the IBO site – the IBO Broadband Guide, the Broadband Training powerpoint, and the nbn™ Product Overview powerpoint.  These changes include:

  • clearer information on installation timeframes to enable you to manage your customer’s expectations;
  • maximum theoretical and typical speeds for your customer’s service, based on their distance from the exchange;
  • minimum speed requirements based on typical traffic types;
  • the average amount of data required for common online activities;
  • a comparison of ACN Broadband services.

These updates should assist you in identifying the best plan for your customers based on their usage patterns and speed requirements, as well as educating and training your downline on Broadband services.
