New online business connection form
To improve the sign up experience for business customers, Vodafone has launched a new connection form for signing up for 5 or more services. This form should be used for new business customers that:
- have an Australian Company Number or ABN (excluding sole-traders)
- are not a sole traders (i.e. company, partnership or trust), regardless of how many services they have OR any business customer that has more than 5 services.
This form is available for customers signing up via acnpacific.com/mobile or the mobile page of your direct storefront. Customers simply need to click on the “new customers shop now” button and they will be given a choice to connect up to 4 services or connect 5 or more services . Remember, forms must be completed by your customers – you should not complete the form on behalf of your customer.
