Delay to Vodafone Mobile Points in PCLs

We’ve noticed there has been a delay in Vodafone Mobile points appearing in IBOs’ Personal Customer Lists (PCLs). If you have sold a Vodafone service and haven’t seen the points appear in your PCL within 5 business days, please lodge a missing customer claim by completing the form here. Please only make claims via this form.
