From\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-usefontface=\"true\" data-contrast=\"none\">1 October 2026<\/span><\/b><span data-usefontface=\"true\" data-contrast=\"none\">, you won\u2019t be able to submit new orders for Honey <\/span><span data-usefontface=\"true\" data-contrast=\"none\">services. <\/span><span data-scheme-color=\"@595959,1,18:65000,19:35000\" data-usefontface=\"true\" data-contrast=\"none\">Honey Insurance is\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-scheme-color=\"@293737,3,\" data-usefontface=\"true\" data-contrast=\"none\">changing its underwriter from RACQ to Zurich<\/span><\/b><span data-scheme-color=\"@595959,1,18:65000,19:35000\" data-usefontface=\"true\" data-contrast=\"none\">, and as part of this transition is scaling back its referral partnerships, including <\/span><span data-scheme-color=\"@595959,1,18:65000,19:35000\" data-usefontface=\"true\" data-contrast=\"none\">its partnership with <\/span><span data-scheme-color=\"@595959,1,18:65000,19:35000\" data-usefontface=\"true\" data-contrast=\"none\">Conxxion<\/span><span data-scheme-color=\"@595959,1,18:65000,19:35000\" data-usefontface=\"true\" data-contrast=\"none\">.<\/span>\u200b<\/p>\n<p data-ccp-props=\"{\"><span data-scheme-color=\"@595959,1,18:65000,19:35000\" data-usefontface=\"true\" data-contrast=\"none\">You can keep submitting new Honey Insurance customer orders\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-scheme-color=\"@293737,3,\" data-usefontface=\"true\" data-contrast=\"none\">until 30 September 2026<\/span><\/b><span data-scheme-color=\"@595959,1,18:65000,19:35000\" data-usefontface=\"true\" data-contrast=\"none\">. From 1 October 2026, you\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-scheme-color=\"@595959,1,18:65000,19:35000\" data-usefontface=\"true\" data-contrast=\"none\">won&#8217;t be able to submit new <\/span><\/b><b><span data-scheme-color=\"@595959,1,18:65000,19:35000\" data-usefontface=\"true\" data-contrast=\"none\">orders<\/span><\/b><span data-scheme-color=\"@595959,1,18:65000,19:35000\" data-usefontface=\"true\" data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0for Honey Insurance services. <\/span>\u200b<\/p>\n<p data-ccp-props=\"{\"><span data-scheme-color=\"@595959,1,18:65000,19:35000\" data-usefontface=\"true\" data-contrast=\"none\">Existing Honey policies will\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-scheme-color=\"@293737,3,\" data-usefontface=\"true\" data-contrast=\"none\">continue as normal until the end of their current 12-month term<\/span><\/b><span data-scheme-color=\"@595959,1,18:65000,19:35000\" data-usefontface=\"true\" data-contrast=\"none\">, with RACQ still handling claims.<\/span>\u200b<\/p>\n<p data-ccp-props=\"{\"><span data-scheme-color=\"@595959,1,18:65000,19:35000\" data-usefontface=\"true\" data-contrast=\"none\">About\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-scheme-color=\"@293737,3,\" data-usefontface=\"true\" data-contrast=\"none\">a month before the policy ends<\/span><\/b><span data-scheme-color=\"@595959,1,18:65000,19:35000\" data-usefontface=\"true\" data-contrast=\"none\">, customers will get an email letting them know it&#8217;s expiring. Most customers will also be\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-scheme-color=\"@293737,3,\" data-usefontface=\"true\" data-contrast=\"none\">offered a new Honey <\/span><\/b><b><span data-scheme-color=\"@293737,3,\" data-usefontface=\"true\" data-contrast=\"none\">policy, now underwritten by Zurich<\/span><\/b><span data-scheme-color=\"@293737,3,\" data-usefontface=\"true\" data-contrast=\"none\">.<\/span>\u200b<\/p>\n<p data-ccp-props=\"{\"><span data-scheme-color=\"@595959,1,18:65000,19:35000\" data-usefontface=\"true\" data-contrast=\"none\">A small number of customers may not be eligible for the new policy.
