Why is Conxxion no longer partnered with Honey?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Honey is moving to a new underwriter, Zurich<\/b>, who will underwrite and manage its policies going forward. As part of this transition, Honey has chosen to wind back new business through several of its referral partnerships<\/b>, including Conxxion.<\/p>\n

We’ve valued our partnership with Honey and appreciate the support IBOs have shown in promoting their products.<\/p>\n

When does the partnership end?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The last day for placing new Honey customer orders is 30 September 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

To be eligible, the customer will need to fully complete and submit their Honey policy application by 30 September 2026<\/strong>. If a customer uses the online journey to obtain a quote before this date but finalises their application after 30 September 2026, the policy will not be eligible for points or commissions.<\/p>\n

From 1 October 2026<\/strong>, no new Honey orders can be placed.<\/p>\n

What happens to my existing Honey\u00a0customers? <\/strong><\/h3>\n

Your existing Honey customers’ policies will continue as normal until the end of their current 12-month term<\/b>, with RACQ still handling any claims. About a month before their policy ends, they’ll receive an email letting them know it’s expiring, and most will also be offered a new Honey policy, now underwritten by Zurich<\/b>. A small number of customers may not be eligible for the new policy and will receive the expiry email without an offer.<\/p>\n

There is no impact on IBO compensation for existing Honey customers.<\/b> Points and commissions will continue to be paid in line with the Conxxion Compensation Plan for as long as the customer remains with Honey.<\/p>\n

Can I still refer customers via Honey? <\/strong><\/h3>\n

You will not be able to continue to refer customers after 30 September 2026.<\/p>\n
