Customers who are credit-declined will be notified within 3 business days of the decision via a letter from EnergyAustralia.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>eBilling<\/strong><br \/>\nEffective Monday 29 June, 2015, EnergyAustralia will also launch the eBilling facility to all new customers. This feature will be built into EAzyQuote as a \u201cBill Delivery Preference\u201d field. Email billing will become the default invoice delivery method for EnergyAustralia customers. Customers can still elect to have invoices sent via post.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Price Refresh<\/strong><br \/>\nEnergyAustralia has scheduled a re-price for customers in Queensland, New South Wales and South Australia, which will be effective 1 July, 2015.
