Customers can choose from 3 nbn&#x2122; Broadband + Voice Bundle Plans.<\/p>\n<h3>What has changed with the new Bundle Plans?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The Voice service has changed from a Telstra service and will now be provided over the ACN VoIP network. This means nbn&#x2122; Broadband + Voice customers not only receive superfast Broadband with generous data, but they also receive better call inclusions with unlimited^ Local, National and ACN-2-ACN VoIP calls <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">PLUS<\/span> $0<sup>\u2020<\/sup> International calls to up to 85 destinations*.<\/li>\n<li>The agreement term has reduced from 24 months to 12 months making it more attractive to your customers.<\/li>\n<li>The compulsory Home Network Gateway (HNG) modem device has now been replaced with ACN\u2019s D-Link router + ATA (HT701).<\/li>\n<li>Any existing ACN customer with our D-Link router and\/or ATA (HT701) can now utilise their existing equipment over the nbn&#x2122;. No need to purchase more equipment! If your customers choose this BYO option, they must provide ACN with their existing ACN-supplied D-Link or ATA Serial Number(s) so that we can manage the device warranty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>How do Customers sign-up?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>New customers<\/strong> who wish to sign-up for the new nbn&#x2122; Broadband + Voice Bundle plans can do so via <a href=\"http:\/\/www.acnpacific.com.au\/nbn\" target=\"_blank\">acnpacific.com.au\/nbn<\/a> and IBO Direct Storefronts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Existing customers<\/strong> (currently on nbn&#x2122; Broadband, nbn&#x2122; Broadband + Voice Bundle, Envision or VoIP plans supplied by ACN) should also follow the above new customer sign-up process. ACN will contact existing customers within 2 working days from sign-up to confirm their order and guide them through the process of migrating to the new nbn&#x2122; Broadband + Voice Bundle.
