When the nbn&#x2122; fibre network is rolled-out in your customer&#8217;s area, they\u00a0will be\u00a0notified by post that the new network is ready and advise of the date on which the old network will be switched off.<\/p>\n<p>If your customer does not place an order for services over the nbn&#x2122; network prior to the disconnection date, they will lose access to affected\u00a0internet and landline services.
