There are three accreditation trainings:<\/p>\n<h2>1. ACN Customer Acquisition Code (CAC) training<\/h2>\n<p>This accreditation is compulsory for all Australian IBOs under the Telecommunications Consumer Protections Code (TCP Code). As part of this accreditation, IBOs must also complete the ACN IBO Accreditation Quiz with 100% accuracy. Vodafone Accreditation Training<\/h2>\n<p>To sell Vodafone products and to become an authorised referrer, Vodafone requires that you personally read and complete the Vodafone Accreditation training.\u00a0Timelines for completing Vodafone accreditation are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Existing IBOs: before they sell Vodafone products<\/li>\n<li>New IBOs: within 30 days of initial sign up<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If significant changes are made to the training material, IBOs may need to complete Vodafone accreditation again \u2013 ACN will notify IBOs when this is required.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fusion-alignleft\"><a class=\"fusion-button button-flat fusion-button-default-size button-green button-2 fusion-button-default-span fusion-button-default-type\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.acnpacific.com\/Vodafoneaccreditation\/\"><span class=\"fusion-button-text\">Complete Vodafone Accreditation<\/span><\/a><\/div>\n<div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-top:20px;margin-bottom:20px;width:100%;\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div>\n<h2>3. Energy Accreditation Training<\/h2>\n<p>IBOs are not permitted to promote energy offers of refer customers to either Click Energy or EnergyAustralia prior to the completion of all energy accreditation training, and the Online Declaration of Accreditation.
