{"id":15974,"date":"2016-07-21T15:09:20","date_gmt":"2016-07-21T05:09:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.acnpacific.com\/ibo\/?p=15974"},"modified":"2018-04-09T10:25:36","modified_gmt":"2018-04-09T00:25:36","slug":"1-august-compensation-plan-changes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.acnpacific.com\/ibo\/1-august-compensation-plan-changes\/","title":{"rendered":"1 August Compensation Plan Changes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It seems like only yesterday that Mike Cupisz announced the new Compensation Plan at the Gold Coast International Event in April &#8211; but time flies when you&#8217;re having fun and the next phase of the Compensation Plan comes into play on 1 August.<\/p>\n<p>Please find following a summary of the changes taking effect from that date:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u2022 Position qualifications for TC and above \u2013 must now have a minimum of 15 personal customer points from at least 4 services<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u2022 Personal commissions \u2013 5% is paid on 50-59 points instead of 10% and 10% is \u00a0paid on 60 + customer points<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u2022 Downline commissions \u2013 level 7 qualification requirement of 60 points not 40 points<\/p>\n<p>In addition, please be aware that:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u2022 TC and above positions who fail to qualify by 1 August will drop back from this date onwards.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u2022 TC and above positions who qualified at this level prior to 1 August will now be compensated at the level outlined in the new 1 August plan<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u2022 Any changes that will affect the PCL will be reflected in your PCL by 1 August 2016<\/p>\n<p>Remember, when looking at the Compensation Plan, never make your minimum your maximum.
