GST)<\/li>\n<li>Over the counter payment fee at Australia Post: $1.91 (incl. GST)<\/li>\n<li>Credit card:\u00a0Visa or MasterCard 0.36% and American Express\u00a01.5%. If a direct debit is from one of these credit cards, <u>no fee will apply.<\/u><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How can customers avoid the paper bill fees?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s easy for customers to avoid the fee by setting up eBilling &#8211;\u00a0the bill will be sent\u00a0to their preferred email address.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How can customers avoid the payment fees?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The best way for customers to avoid these fees is by either setting up a direct debit from a credit card or bank account, making a payment by cheque or paying through a bank account via BPAY.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Can customers still pay with a credit card and avoid the credit card fee?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yes.
