{"id":17527,"date":"2016-12-15T15:40:24","date_gmt":"2016-12-15T04:40:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.acnpacific.com\/ibo\/?p=17527"},"modified":"2018-04-09T10:25:33","modified_gmt":"2018-04-09T00:25:33","slug":"when-can-i-call-acns-energy-partners","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.acnpacific.com\/ibo\/when-can-i-call-acns-energy-partners\/","title":{"rendered":"When can I call ACN&#8217;s energy partners?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ACN has recently received feedback from our energy partners, Click Energy and EnergyAustralia, regarding IBOs contacting them directly to obtain information for customer accounts, or to modify a customer&#8217;s account details.<\/p>\n<p>Here are the situations when you as an IBO may contact EnergyAustralia or Click Energy:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To enquire about your own (personal) energy account<\/li>\n<li>If you are established by the customer as an authorised contact on the customer&#8217;s account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You cannot and must not contact either EnergyAustralia or Click Energy in the following situations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To discuss plans and details on another customer&#8217;s account<\/li>\n<li>To perform changes to another customer&#8217;s account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you contact either of our energy partners to discuss another customer&#8217;s account, the agent fielding your call will be unable to assist you for privacy and regulatory reasons. This is a standard business operating protocol.<\/p>\n<p>If you wish to obtain general information about our energy partners, please refer to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.acnpacific.com\/energy\">www.acnpacific.com\/energy<\/a>, or consult the energy training documents available in your IBO Back Office.
