{"id":19057,"date":"2017-06-15T16:05:02","date_gmt":"2017-06-15T06:05:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.acnpacific.com\/ibo\/?p=19057"},"modified":"2018-04-09T10:25:30","modified_gmt":"2018-04-09T00:25:30","slug":"energyaustralia-introduces-real-time-online-credit-assessing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.acnpacific.com\/ibo\/energyaustralia-introduces-real-time-online-credit-assessing\/","title":{"rendered":"EnergyAustralia introduces real-time online credit assessing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Great news for you and your customers &#8211; as part of our ongoing commitment to provide a smooth and robust experience for our customers, we are happy to announce that all ACN-referred customers who sign up with EnergyAustralia via IBO Storefront will now be credit assessed in real-time.<\/p>\n<p>See below for answers to some commonly asked questions.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">What is changing?<br \/>\n<\/span>As of Thursday the 15th\u00a0June, 2017, customers who sign up with EnergyAustralia via ACN, using EnergyAustralia\u2019s EAzyQuote online quoting tool will now be credit checked in real time. Customers who sign up with EnergyAustralia up until the 14th\u00a0June will have their credit assessments processed overnight.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">What does this mean?\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\nThis change means that EnergyAustralia will be able to provide customers with direct, immediate updates on the outcome of their application. It also helps to minimise the processing time required for each quote.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">How does this work?<br \/>\n<\/span>There are no visible changes to the online quoting process. Your customers simply hit the \u201csubmit\u201d button in EAzyQuote when they are ready to proceed and EnergyAustralia will conduct a credit assessment in real time.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">How will this impact my customers?<br \/>\n<\/span>Your customer will be notified of their credit assessment result immediately after submitting their request in EAzyQuote. Customers will receive one of three possible results:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Application successful\u00a0\u2013 the customer has passed the credit check,<\/li>\n<li>Conditionally approved\u00a0\u2013 the system has timed out, and an overnight credit check will be conducted, or<\/li>\n<li>Application declined\u00a0\u2013 the quote request has been declined for credit reasons.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">What if my customer is credit declined?\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\nEnergyAustralia does not hold any information on credit files.
