Following the launch of the new Reports tool in the Back Office last month, we are now preparing to turn off Downline Reporting in Your Business Assistant (YBA) on 31 May.<\/p>\n

What you need to know:<\/strong><\/p>\n

There are 2 levels of access in these reports; basic access and full access.<\/p>\n

Basic access<\/strong> gives you access to Team View, My Top Event Producers (coming soon) and ReportSnapshots.
\nFull access<\/strong> gives you access to the above features as well as more in-depth reporting, your own customisable report templates, visibility of your team members\u2019 IBO and Customer Production as well as their milestones and promotions.<\/p>\n

Full access to the Reports tool is only available to YBA subscribers. If you are not a subscriber but would like full access, you will need to purchase the subscription from within YBA. You can choose between the full YBA subscription for $39.95 per month (AUS & NZ inc. GST) or the Reports subscription for $9 AUS\/$10.35 NZ per month \u2013 both will give you access to the new Reports tool.<\/p>\n

To help you transition over to the new Reports tool as seamlessly as possible, the North American Team has put together some training on how you can get the most out of the Reports tool. We encourage you to familiarise yourself with the Reports tool now and explore how it can help you to stay on top of your team and your business. Please note that while the examples used in the training are North American, and they reference the ACN Compass App and Outline, all of the reporting features shown in the videos are available to Australian and New Zealand IBOs.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>
