From 5pm AEST on Thursday 21 April until Tuesday 26 April, it will not be possible to submit orders to Alinta Energy via your Personal IBO Website or via the ACN-dedicated hotline.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why is it happening?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Alinta Energy is making things better for you and your customers by undertaking a complete upgrade of their backend systems. This will deliver simpler billing, a better MyAccount experience, and an improved customer service experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What does this mean for me?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For a short period, you will not be able to refer customers to Alinta Energy via your Personal IBO Website, or via the ACN-dedicated sales support hotline.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What if my customer needs to sign-up over the weekend?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sumo is still available for online orders over the long weekend. You may experience a slight delay in seeing points appear in your PCL as we work to align systems.
