I remember the nights she spent doing paper registrations, with me by her side, helping her out. Fast forward nearly 20 years, and my wife Darling and I have been involved in various multilevel marketing businesses alongside our parents. Network marketing runs in our blood, but nothing prepared us for the whirlwind success we would experience with Conxxion.

The Reluctant Start

When my father first talked to me about joining Conxxion, I was skeptical. He spent two months convincing us, but I repeatedly said, “No, don’t bother”. My dad kept insisting. Eventually, they spoke to Darling. I was at work and didn’t want to hear about it. I went to bed and the next morning Darling said to me, “I signed us up”.

All I knew was that I wanted my money back. So, I went to a meeting at the church. They presented the opportunity to us, and within ten minutes, the concept clicked. That very night, in September 2024, we signed up people and qualified as ETLs in just 5 days.

A Game-Changing Coach

Phuong, our personal business coach, has been instrumental since day one. Welcoming and attentive, Phuong turned us from acquaintances into family within an hour. With Phuong’s guidance, we identified potential leaders among the first five people we signed up. Phuong didn’t just teach us to become ETL; he taught us to become an ETL factory. He emphasised the importance of getting people paid, seeing the vision, and realizing the dream. People need to see money coming into their bank accounts to trust and hope in us.

Our hard work paid off quickly. We went from ETL to RC in just 24 days, all thanks to Phuong’s model. Our next goal is RD by March. We use events as milestones, and the Elevate event was particularly inspiring for us.

Learning and Leading

I work in childcare and serve as a pastor. While we are leaders in our church and home, in Connxxion, we are students of the system. We learn from the master, Phuong. Initially, I had never done a presentation, but now we present regularly. Phuong showed us the way, demonstrating rather than just telling.

When you open your mouth, you open your bank account. Unlike our experience with another multi-level marketing company, here we don’t sell; we offer something people need, we offer them essential services. We turn bills into income. Some people who initially didn’t want to join have now signed up after seeing our success. This is the only company where, if they don’t join, they still become a customer.

The Power of Team Success

I’ve never done a sign-up of a service; Darling handles all the back-end operations. It’s an ongoing journey where we earn and then learn. We owe our rapid progress to Phuong’s unwavering support. He invests in our business and organisation, often sending text messages of encouragement. Our success translates to our leaders’ success, fostering a supportive environment.

The key is to focus on your team’s success rather than your own. Be available, teach them what to do, but don’t do it for them. We are IBOs, not DBOs (Dependant Business Owners). Our foundation is that God comes first, and we follow the system. The system may not always be easy, but it’s simple.

My top tip is to attend every training; it’s like going to the gym. Don’t sign up and skip the training. My motto is “a dream without a date is just a dream, but a dream with a date becomes a goal and, ultimately, your reality.” I also say, “Aim for the moon, and if you miss, you’ll still hit a star.”

The Impact of Recognition

For the first time in my life, I have been acknowledged for my efforts. This recognition has had a profound impact, especially on those of us who didn’t finish school. Phuong’s intentional and personal approach, coupled with his huge heart, has been transformative.

[49

post-59277","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-product-news
