In 2024, Josephine and Rod Panaligan made history as the first Filipino Regional Vice Presidents in Asia-Pacific.<\/p>\n
Their journey began in late 2022, when Josephine jumped on a Zoom call with SVPs Phuong and Wenny Nguyen. Little did she know how lifechanging this call would be. With an IT background and no prior business experience, Josephine was intrigued after watching a 20-minute presentation on the Conxxion Opportunity<\/a>. Despite her lack of experience, she felt a spark \u2013 and decided to take a leap of faith. Using an online platform designed for everyone, she was determined to build something for herself.<\/p>\n At first, Josephine tried to go it alone and do things her own way, but progress was slow. Four months in, she invited her husband Rod to join her, and they made a powerful decision to fully commit and immerse themselves in their team\u2019s training program.
