\nFor me, it\u2019s been all about people\u2014listening without ego, building relationships with heart, and consistently showing up to deliver what matters. Every interaction with our IBOs (Independent Business Owners) has been an opportunity to build trust. The real game-changer has been leaning into our team\u2014at HQ and in the field. Success always comes down to people.<\/p>\n

Gerard:<\/strong>
\nTaking the business from a 31-year US legacy to 100% Australian ownership was a pivotal moment. Rebranding from ACN to Conxxion wasn\u2019t just cosmetic\u2014it was a declaration of who we are. We wanted our IBOs to feel proud, emotionally connected, and heard. Their resilience through the change was inspiring.<\/p>\n

Reinvesting in the field\u2014via an enhanced compensation plan, leadership retreats, and face-to-face events\u2014helped everyone reconnect with\u00a0why<\/em>\u00a0they joined. As an independent business, we\u2019ve had the freedom to innovate quickly and co-create the future alongside our leaders.<\/p>\n

At its core, our biggest lesson has been this: when you focus on meaningful connection, momentum follows. This isn\u2019t just a business\u2014it\u2019s a culture. And that\u2019s what we\u2019re most proud of.<\/p>\n

CK: What has surprised you most since launching Conxxion?<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Gerard:<\/strong>
\nThe unwavering loyalty and resilience of our IBOs has been incredible. Their ability to adapt and stay engaged through major change showed us how much this business means to them. Many achieved milestones they never imagined\u2014just by embracing the journey and leading with heart.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve also been moved by the support of our co-founders and business partners. Their genuine care kept us steady and helped us deliver on our promises.<\/p>\n

One of the biggest validations? Seeing how powerful the referral channel becomes when it\u2019s built on trust, integrity, and community. Our services aren\u2019t unique\u2014but\u00a0how<\/em>\u00a0we deliver them is.
