Using an IBO\u2019s email address removes direct customer ownership of the account and communication risks. Customer applications must contain\u00a0<b>only the customer\u2019s own contact details<\/b>. You manage all her accounts, so you provided your own contact details on her electricity application.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Why this is a breach:<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Even when there is an existing relationship and genuine intent to help, using an IBO\u2019s contact details on a customer\u2019s application creates concerns around consent, account ownership, and the authenticity of the sign-up.
