What is the systems migration and why are we doing this? <\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div><div id=\"c7e24ea25b4c25846\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse \"><div class=\"panel-body toggle-content fusion-clearfix\">\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">In July 2024, CEO <\/span><strong><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Gerard Frack<\/span><\/strong><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> and his wife and business partner, <\/span><strong><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Audrey Rodda,<\/span><\/strong><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> acquired the business in the Pacific region and rebranded it as <\/span><strong><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Conxxion<\/span><\/strong><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">As part of this transition, Conxxion is moving away from the ACN US systems and introducing our own platforms.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">This systems migration allows Conxxion to operate independently and provides the foundation for improved tools, resources, and support for IBOs as the business continues to grow.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-panel panel-default\" role=\"tabpanel\"><div class=\"panel-heading\"><h4 class=\"panel-title toggle\"><a aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-selected=\"false\" aria-controls=\"f19192cda748a92b0\" role=\"tab\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#accordion-61906-1\" data-target=\"#f19192cda748a92b0\" href=\"#f19192cda748a92b0\"><span class=\"fusion-toggle-icon-wrapper\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><i class=\"fa-fusion-box\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"fusion-toggle-heading\">2. When will the migration begin?<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div><div id=\"03ca1dc2bc7952382\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse \"><div class=\"panel-body toggle-content fusion-clearfix\">\n<p>The systems migration will commence on <strong>Sunday, 8 March 2026 at 8:00 PM (AEST\/AEDT)<\/strong> and is expected to run for approximately <strong>2 days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>During this time, the following will <strong>not be available<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enrolment of new IBOs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer Order and IBO updates in the existing Back Office<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The following will <strong>remain available<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Business Site (i.e., Storefronts) Access<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Customers placing orders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Pacific Compass<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>IBO Support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please note that monthly commissions and weekly bonus payments will not be impacted by the migration.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-panel panel-default\" role=\"tabpanel\"><div class=\"panel-heading\"><h4 class=\"panel-title toggle\"><a aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-selected=\"false\" aria-controls=\"4d43b2b64cc64e4bf\" role=\"tab\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#accordion-61906-1\" data-target=\"#4d43b2b64cc64e4bf\" href=\"#4d43b2b64cc64e4bf\"><span class=\"fusion-toggle-icon-wrapper\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><i class=\"fa-fusion-box\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"fusion-toggle-heading\">5. Click the \u201c<strong>Reset Password<\/strong>\u201d link in the email and create a new password.<\/p>\n<p>Once your password has been reset, return to the login page and sign in using your new password.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TIP:<\/strong> If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder. This view gives you the option to filter by period, status (Active or Inactive), level, state, as well as by the customers they\u2019ve acquired broken down by personal and team customer points, and services.
