Shutdown of ACN Home Phone, ACN Home Broadband, ACN Business Phone and Broadband services

Over the last year Fixed Wire and ADSL services have not been available for sale to new customers in New Zealand.  ACN has continued the service for existing customers for as long as we could.  Unfortunately, ACN Pacific’s partnership to provide these services in New Zealand is ending and we must withdraw the supply and support of this product.

The Fixed Wire and ADSL services will cease operation on Wednesday 19th December 2018.

If customers wish to transfer their Fixed Wire and ADSL service they should contact the alternative supplier of their choice and they will be able to advise you on the requirements to transfer the service.  Customers should raise an order with an alternative provider as soon as possible to ensure continuity of service.  This should be completed by Wednesday 19th December 2018.  If you raise an order with an alternative provider and advise ACN of a delay, we will endeavour to do all we can to preserve your existing service up until the time at which your new service is ready.

Customers transferring their service will not be charged an Early Termination Fee.
