These Terms and Conditions together with the relevant Tyro Terms and Conditions available at www.tyro.com/terms-and-conditions (Merchant Terms and Conditions) govern this Offer. By providing your details to Tyro Payments Limited (ABN 49 103 575 042) (Tyro), in connection with this Offer, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. 'you' and 'your' mean the person or persons in whose name the account will be held with Tyro.

This Offer is available to eligible persons from 9.00am 2 May 2022 (Sydney time) until 5.00pm 30 June 2022 (Sydney time) (Offer Period).

To be eligible for this Offer, the following criteria must be met:

  • You must have received an email or an invitation from Tyro, an authorised representative of Tyro, or from an approved Tyro partner inviting you to take up this Offer;
  • You must have applied to become a Tyro merchant during the Offer Period and be approved as a Tyro merchant within 30 days of submitting your application;
  • You must not have held an account with Tyro within the six (6) months prior to the start of the Offer Period; and
  • You must not be an additional terminal or MID (additional account) to an existing location or existing ABN, (excluding where it applies to a merchant group, corporate group, buying group or franchise group where you are a new business to Tyro)

(the Eligibility Criteria). Tyro may, in its sole discretion, determine whether or not the Eligibility Criteria are met.

Provided the Eligibility Criteria are met, Tyro will email a unique code issued by Digital Glue to the primary contact nominated in your application to become a Tyro merchant, 4-6 weeks after you activate your EFTPOS machine, for you to redeem one $300 digital reward at rewards.tyro.com ($300 Reward). The $300 Reward must be redeemed within 3 months of the date of the email. Your selected reward cannot be refunded, replaced or exchanged, nor the expiry date extended. Please refer to the individual terms & conditions of your chosen reward for expiry dates and other details. These will be printed on the reward itself and/or available on the supplier's website. The $300 Reward is only payable once per ABN (excluding where it applies to a merchant group, corporate group, buying group or franchise group where you are a new business to Tyro).

This Offer is not applicable in conjunction with any other Tyro offer. Tyro reserves the right to extend or withdraw this Offer at any time at its sole discretion. If Tyro withdraws the Offer, Tyro will honour the Offer in respect of all persons that have their applications approved by Tyro before the Offer is withdrawn, provided the applicants satisfy all of the Eligibility Criteria. You can cancel a live application at any time in the event that Tyro withdraws the Offer.

Promotion will place monthly through December 2022. Merchant lead must be submitted within the calendar month to be entered to win a $150 AUD or $500 AUD experience voucher for that month. Each lead submitted receives an entry. Each month, each activated account will be entered to win a $1,000 AUD experience voucher for that month. Must be in an Activated status by the last day of the following calendar month. Accounts reach the Activated status when the process at least $50 in processing volume within 30 days of application approval. To quality, a merchant lead must be currently processing more than $3,000 AUD monthly. IBOs will be paid in accordance with ACN policies and procedures. Important Upfront Payment Terms

A one-off setup fee of $99.95 applies to customers ordering any plan with a 6-month contract term. The one-off setup fee is charged upfront to your credit or debit card as part of your order submission.

Ten day cooling off period applies. If you cancel your order within 10 days of your order submission date, we will refund any upfront payment of a setup fee provided you return all equipment we provided, to us, in un-opened and un-used state.

If you cancel your order more than 10 days after your order submission date and we have not yet commenced the installation of your service, we will refund any upfront payment of a setup fee provided you return all equipment we provided, to us, in un-opened and un-used state.

If you cancel your order more than ten days after your order submission date and we have either commenced or completed the installation of your service, we will retain a cancellation fee of $50 and refund the remainder of your setup fee, provided you return all equipment we provide, to us, in an un-opened and un-used state.

No refund will be provided for an upfront payment of a setup fee where you do not return all equipment in an un-opened and un-used state. If you require a return satchel to return the equipment, you can request one by contacting our customer service team when cancelling your order.

Earning Statement

RVPs and SVPs (including Circle of Champions members) earn annual income achieved by fewer than 1% of ACN IBOs. Their success stories and earnings are extraordinary and not typical. Earnings as an ACN IBO are based solely upon the successful sale of products to customers and their usage of those products. Individuals will incur expenses in operating their ACN business, such as the sign-up fee and renewal fee, as well as other possible operating expenses. As with any business, earnings and success at ACN are not guaranteed but depend primarily on the individual’s commitment, persistence and effort. Individuals may not earn income and may lose money as an IBO.
