Is there a termination fee to cancel my ADSL service within my 12 month agreement?

Yes, all ACN ADSL plans are on a 12 month contract. If you choose to break your contract in the first 12 months, you will be liable for a $99.00 Early Termination Fee as well as any outstanding charges.

If you are a Phone and ADSL Bundle customer on either the Small+, Medium+ or Large+ Bundle plan and cancel your phone line, ADSL or both – an Early Termination Fee of $199.00 is applicable as well as any outstanding charges.
