Monthly Communication Material Review

Nothing is more important than knowing our customers are happy with our services and the information we provide. While we always look to deliver quality material to our customers, we may not always get it right, so that is why we really appreciate your assistance in reviewing key materials created for ACN Customers.

We recognise that you may not always be a customer of the product or service that we are asking you to review, but as long as you think about it from a new customer perspective, your feedback will be valuable.

Marketing asset for review: ACN nbn™ Broadband Service User Guide

This User Guide template is intended for nbn™ Broadband Customers and will be included in the Broadband Starter pack that is dispatched to them prior to the nbn™ being installed at their address. The equipment described in the Guide will be supplied in the Broadband Starter pack and is for customers who are supplied nbn™ using what’s known as FTTP (Fibre to the Premise) technology.

Equipment User Guides generally follow an industry template and must include instructions and troubleshooting information – written in a straightforward manner.

Earning Statement

RVPs and SVPs (including Circle of Champions members) earn annual income achieved by fewer than 1% of ACN IBOs. Their success stories and earnings are extraordinary and not typical. Earnings as an ACN IBO are based solely upon the successful sale of products to customers and their usage of those products. Individuals will incur expenses in operating their ACN business, such as the sign-up fee and renewal fee, as well as other possible operating expenses. As with any business, earnings and success at ACN are not guaranteed but depend primarily on the individual’s commitment, persistence and effort. Individuals may not earn income and may lose money as an IBO.
