ACN Companion Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your subscription to the ACN Companion application (“App”) and use of ACN’s services by means of the App. In these Terms, “ACN”, “we”, “us”, “our” refers to ACN Pacific Pty Limited (ABN 85 108 535 708).

2. A single Companion subscription is included on ACN Basic, Value & Ultimate Bundles. An additional subscription on ACN Basic, Value & Ultimate Bundles and ACN Companion for all other applicable plans is charged at $5.00 including GST per month or part thereof. Unless you cancel your subscription before your monthly renewal date, your subscription will continue unless cancelled. There is no refund if you cancel your subscription during a month. ACN reserves the right to change the monthly charge on prior notice to you.

3. Your use of the App is subject to the terms and conditions you confirmed when you loaded the App.

4. ‘000’ dialing is not available from the App. Use of the App to make and receive phone calls is not suitable if you are a customer with a serious illness or life threating condition, if you require disability services, if you have a back to base alarm system or if you require an uninterrupted phone line.

5. When you use the App to make and receive phone calls, the following conditions apply to your usage:
a) ACN’s Acceptable Use Policy applies;
b) your usage is applied to the ACN phone plan relevant to the ACN service for which you are signed up – please refer to the charges for that service if you need more details;
c) calls made are tolled and charged as though the call originated from the registered address of your service (as provided by you when you signed up for the service);
d) your usage of the App to make and receive phone calls uses your phone’s data connection therefore you may be liable to your mobile service provider for data usage charges (including additional roaming charges).

6. If your registered device is lost or stolen, or you want to upgrade your device to another model, you may continue using Companion by de-registering your current registered device and then downloading and installing the Application on a new different device. Please note, you may only de-register and register one additional device in any calendar month.

Please ensure you enter the correct CUSTOMER DETAILS in this section. Inputting your own details in this section will result in unnecessary delays in the investigation of your enquiry.

Important Upfront Payment Terms

A one-off setup fee of $99.95 applies to customers ordering any plan with a 6-month contract term. The one-off setup fee is charged upfront to your credit or debit card as part of your order submission.

Ten day cooling off period applies. If you cancel your order within 10 days of your order submission date, we will refund any upfront payment of a setup fee provided you return all equipment we provided, to us, in un-opened and un-used state.

If you cancel your order more than 10 days after your order submission date and we have not yet commenced the installation of your service, we will refund any upfront payment of a setup fee provided you return all equipment we provided, to us, in un-opened and un-used state.

If you cancel your order more than ten days after your order submission date and we have either commenced or completed the installation of your service, we will retain a cancellation fee of $50 and refund the remainder of your setup fee, provided you return all equipment we provide, to us, in an un-opened and un-used state.

No refund will be provided for an upfront payment of a setup fee where you do not return all equipment in an un-opened and un-used state. If you require a return satchel to return the equipment, you can request one by contacting our customer service team when cancelling your order.

Earning Statement

RVPs and SVPs (including Circle of Champions members) earn annual income achieved by fewer than 1% of ACN IBOs. Their success stories and earnings are extraordinary and not typical. Earnings as an ACN IBO are based solely upon the successful sale of products to customers and their usage of those products. Individuals will incur expenses in operating their ACN business, such as the sign-up fee and renewal fee, as well as other possible operating expenses. As with any business, earnings and success at ACN are not guaranteed but depend primarily on the individual’s commitment, persistence and effort. Individuals may not earn income and may lose money as an IBO.
