The legal stuff

ADSL Broadband is a residential grade service supplied to ACN customers in accordance with the terms of the ACN Standard Form of Agreement. You must comply with these terms including our Acceptable Use Policy when using the service. This product is only available to credit approved customers who maintain a telephone service on the same line. Please note that additional phone line connection charges may apply if there is no existing connection to your premises (up to $299.00).

ACN's ADSL Broadband + Phone Bundle Plans deliver high speed broadband and a fixed wire phone service over the Telstra Corporation Limited network. The phone service includes line rental and a phone number enabling you to make and receive phone calls. ACN does not offer Priority Assistance with these services.

Equipment requirements

This service requires an ACN supplied ADSL modem at your address to function. Each connected device must meet the minimum system requirements as specified by the modem or router manufacturer.

Residential grade service

ADSL is a residential grade (best effort) service. This means that if you require Internet access at your address to access online banking, surf the Internet, download content, send and receive email etc., then this product will more than satisfy your needs. ACN does not offer commercial grade services that would include but are not limited to fixed IP addresses, use of your own domain name, 24x7 technical support or guaranteed throughput.


For technical and commercial reasons ADSL Broadband may not be available in all areas. Service availability maps are indicative only. Not all addresses within the locations specified can be serviced. Data usage

Data usage will be accrued in bytes (B) where 1KB = 1000B, 1MB = 1000KB and 1GB = 1000MB and includes both uploads and downloads. Any remaining data does not roll over to the following month and is not transferable. Once the allocated monthly data limit has been reached, the service will be shaped to 256kbps.

Topping up Broadband data

Once your service is active, in MyAccount you can view the amount of data that you have used during your current billing cycle, change your plan or top up your data allowance by purchasing a data pack. This additional data allowance will expire at the end of your next bill cycle. Please note it may take up to 1 hour to take effect.
