With over half of all Australian homes and businesses now ready to connect to the nbn™, now is the time to get to know more about ACN’s nbn™ plans and pricing.
ACN also offers ADSL broadband and phone services to those homes and businesses not yet able to access the nbn™ network including the capability to request an upgrade to nbn™ as soon as it’s available at their address.

ADSL Broadband is a residential grade service supplied to ACN customers in accordance with the terms of the ACN Standard Form of Agreement. You must comply with these terms including our Acceptable Use Policy when using the service. Offers available only to credit approved customers who maintain a basic telephone service (with ACN, Telstra or a Telstra reseller) on the same line. An ADSL service requires an ADSL modem or router at your premises to function. You must purchase modem or router hardware from us.
Residential Grade Service: ADSL is a residential grade (best effort) service. This means that if you require Internet access at your address to access online banking, surf the Internet, download content, send and receive email etc., then the ACN ADSL products will more than satisfy your needs. ACN does not offer commercial grade services that would include but is not limited to fixed IP addresses, use of your own domain name, 24x7 technical support or guaranteed throughput.
Availability: For technical and commercial reasons ADSL Broadband may not be available in all areas. Service availability maps are indicative only. Not all home or small business areas within the locations specified can be serviced. Please use our Service Qualification tool to find out if your address can receive ACN ADSL Broadband Services.
Data usage will be accrued in bytes (B) where 1KB = 1000B, 1MB = 1000KB and 1GB = 1000MB and includes both uploads and downloads. Any remaining data will not roll over to the following month and is not transferable. Once the allocated monthly data limit has been reached, the service will be shaped to 256kbps.
Topping Up Broadband Data: Once your service is active you can view the amount of data that you have used during your current billing cycle, change your plan or top up your data allowance by logging in to MyAccount. In the event where you have purchased a top up for your data, it may take up to 1 hour to take affect.
Each connected device must meet minimum system requirements as specified by the modem manufacturer.

In order to obtain a Broadband Only service, you must have an existing Copper Phone Service with Telstra or a Telstra Reseller.
Please note that additional phone line connection charges may apply if there is no existing connection to your premises (up to $299.00).
ACN’s nbn™ Broadband only service is supplied to ACN customers in accordance with the terms of the ACN Standard Form of Agreement. You must comply with these terms including our Acceptable Use Policy when using the service. Offers available only to credit approved customers. You must have a connection to the main power to operate this service. Consequently, your nbn™ broadband service will not operate during a power failure. ACN does not supply you with a battery backup device. You must purchase modem or router hardware from us.

This means that if you require Internet access in your home or small business location to access online banking, surf the Internet, download content, send and receive email etc., then the ACN products will more than satisfy your needs. ACN does not offer commercial grade services that would include but is not limited to fixed IP addresses, use of your own domain name, 24x7 technical support or guaranteed throughput.
Availability: For technical and commercial reasons ACN’s nbn™ service is available only in limited areas. Service availability maps are indicative only. Not all businesses within the locations specified can be serviced.
nbn™ appointment scheduling: In the event where nbn™ is serviceable at your address you must nominate an nbn™ appointment date of 15 calendar days from the date you are applying for the service. If the appointment date you nominated is not available, ACN will notify you of the next available nbn™ appointment date (subject to nbn™ availability). Substantial notice must be provided to ACN Pacific if you need to reschedule your appointment.
nbn™ Broadband Speeds: Line speeds quoted are maximum theoretical speeds. You should not expect that your nbn™ Broadband service will be able to obtain the maximum theoretical speeds. While you can expect typical download speeds of over, the actual speed of your line will vary and may be lower than the quoted speed. Line speeds are not applicable where your service has been slowed/speed limited ('shaped').
Data usage will be accrued in bytes (B) where 1KB = 1000B, 1MB = 1000KB and 1GB = 1000MB and includes both uploads and downloads. Peak and off peak usage is accrued separately. Any remaining data will not roll over to the following month and is not transferable. Once the allocated monthly data limit has been reached, the service will be shaped 128kbps.
Usage Notification: ACN will send notification emails to your nominated email address once you consume 50%, 85% and 100% of your data allowance.

For calls from Connect Plans
International direct-dialled calls are charged in 60 second increments at the per minute rates below. A call connection fee of 39¢ per call applies to each connected call.
Capped International Call Rates
Calls from fixed wire services to selected international destinations will be charged at the standard rates to a capped maximum charge (according to the destination) for the first 30 minutes of the call (including the call connection fee). Standard rates apply to all minutes of the call duration thereafter.
Note: Capped call pricing does not apply to calls to mobile destinations.
