Can I dial 000 on ACN VoIP?

Yes, you can dial ‘000’ from an ACN VoIP service, but please be aware that with VoIP services, calls to emergency services may not work at all times – for example when the power is out or your connection to the Internet is not working. As with all Emergency service calls you will need to inform the operator of your location.

Due to the nature of the Internet and other factors which are outside our control, ACN cannot provide faultless emergency call services.

We recommend that you keep another form of telephone – mobile or landline – available for calling emergency services.
