Can I keep my old E-Mail address provided by my current Service Provider?

This is dependent on your current Service Provider.

Companies such as Telstra may allow you to keep your Bigpond E-Mail address at a monthly fee.

When moving your service across to ACN, we can’t guarantee that you will be able to retain your previous E-Mail address and we recommend that you contact your current Service Provider to discuss your options.
