My IRIS X device is unresponsive what should I do?

Leaving too many applications open can consume the memory on the IRIS X, possibly resulting in lost registration and the device being unable to place or receive calls. No more than 5 apps should be open at one time. You may receive a message advising that too much memory is being used. The solution is to close all apps and reboot the device.
