When adding ACN Companion to another device, how do I remove my current registered device?

If you would like to change the registered device you can do this via MyAccount – remember you can only change the registered device once per calendar month.-Remove the existing device first by following the instructions below and then download the app on the new device.

  1. Log in to MyAccount
  2. Select your VoIP phone service
  3. From the right hand menu, select ACN Companion
  4. Select the “Remove Device” button
  5. Select the “Confirm Remove Device” button
