When adding ACN Companion to another device, how do I remove my current registered device?
If you would like to change the registered device you can do this via MyAccount – remember you can only change the registered device once per calendar month.-Remove the existing device first by following the instructions below and then download the app on the new device.
- Log in to MyAccount
- Select your VoIP phone service
- From the right hand menu, select ACN Companion
- Select the “Remove Device” button
- Select the “Confirm Remove Device” button
