National calls will be charged at standard rates to a capped maximum charge of $2.00 including the call connection fee for the first 2 hours of the call. Standard rates apply to all minutes of call duration thereafter. Calls to mobile services within Australia will be charged at standard rates to a capped maximum charge of $2.00 including the call connection fee for the first 20 minutes of the call. Standard rates apply to all minutes of the call duration thereafter. Customers must agree to waive the Customer Service Guarantee (CSG).

Connect 45 Plan: Local calls, National calls and selected International call destinations are unlimited* and no connection fee (flagfall) applies. A call connection fee of 39¢ applies to all charged International call destinations and calls to Australian Mobiles. All calls are charged in 60 second increments. The Connect 45 plan is available to credit approved residential and small business landline phone service customers only. The Plan Fee is $45.00 per month and is charged in advance. Calls to mobile services within Australia will be charged at standard rates to a capped maximum charge of $2.00 including the call connection fee for the first 20 minutes of the call. ACN-2-ACN Calling Terms and Conditions: to be eligible for ACN-2-ACN Calling all components of your landline phone service, and that of the person you are calling, must be preselected to ACN, or the number you are calling must be an ACN mobile service or an ACN Digital Phone Service which is assigned an Australian geographic phone number.

ACN-2-ACN Local Calling is unlimited* for local calls. Some local calls and unlimited* calls are excluded. E.g. Operator-assisted calls, calls to 13 or 1300 numbers and calls to 1902 Dial Internet Access numbers. ACN-2-ACN Local Calling is subject to ACN's Acceptable Use Policy.

ACN-2-ACN National Calling is available for national calls within Australia, but excludes calls to some Australian territories and operator-assisted calls. ACN-2-ACN National Calling is subject to ACN's Acceptable Use Policy.

Australian Territories not included in ACN-2-ACN National Calling are:

  • Norfolk Island
  • Australia-Antarctic Territory
  • Heard and McDonald Island
  • Macquarie Island

Additional phone line connection charges may apply depending on the type of connection (or reconnection) and the type of work required to activate your new service. These charges will be decided by ACN’s Wholesale Supplier and passed on to you at cost price (plus GST).

Customer Service Guarantee (CSG) Waiver: ACN Phone Services are provided on the basis that customers elect to waive their protection and rights under the Customer Service Guarantee (CSG).

Eary Termination Fee: A $60.00 Early Termination Fee (ETF) will apply if you cancel or transfer your service within your 6 month minimum agreement term.

Residential Grade Service: This service is for residential and small business customers and may not be used for other commercial purposes.

All time-based rates are charged in 60 second increments and a connection (flagfall) fee of 39¢ per call applies.

Priority Assistance: ACN does not offer Priority Assistance with these services.

ACN Digital Phone Service

ACN’s Digital Phone Service requires a suitable terrestrial broadband Internet connection. For technical and commercial reasons the service is available only in limited areas. The service including ‘000’ dialling, does not function in the event of a power failure or disruption or an Internet outage. If there is an interruption to the power supply, the service, including ‘000’ dialling will not function until power is restored. You may not be able to access some other products and services that are incompatible with the service. ACN Digital Phone Service is not suitable if you are a customer with a serious illness or life threatening condition, if you require disability services, if you have a back-to-base home alarm system or if you require an uninterrupted phone line. To make calls you will need a standard (analogue) telephone handset used in conjunction with an ATA (Analogue Telephone Adaptor) to connect to the Ethernet port of your ADSL2+ modem router, or an alternative ACN Digital Phone Service Gateway device such as the IRIS X Video phone (available option for existing ACN customers who purchased the device prior to October 19, 2015). All timed calls are charged in 60 second increments. The quality of calls can be affected by the bandwidth available on your broadband connection. We recommend you choose a broadband plan that offers at least 1Mbps of consistent throughput with a low latency and jitter for ACN Digital Phone Service phone calls. Silent Number is not supported, but you are able to block your CLI (Call Line Identification) through your account settings.

*Global ACN-2-ACN Digital Phone Service and Video Calling is available only for calls made within Australia to another ACN Digital Phone Service including international video calls to ACN Digital Phone Services in the following countries; Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Rep. of Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States. For Small Business Customers the ACN Digital Phone Service has a Residential grade level of service and should not be used for anything other than small or home office business applications.

ACN Companion enables you to use an ACN Digital Phone Service from your mobile phone or tablet, whenever and wherever you want. Using the ACN Companion app for iPhone® and Android™ devices, you can extend the benefits of your call inclusions (including unlimited calls) to your mobile and/or tablet.
