Managing your Usage – MyAccount
Monitor your usage via ACN’s MyAccount portal. It will help you keep control of your monthly data usage and avoid your Broadband service being throttled due to excess usage (above your allocated monthy data allowance).
You can view the summary of your current data usage for your current billing cycle via MyAccount. You can also see a summary of your total data usage month-to-date, allowing you to calculate how much of the monthly quota for your plan remains in your current billing cycle.
Note: Usage in the last 48 hours may not be included in the usage information presented in MyAccount.
With MyAccount you can also:
• Make payments and view your past invoices
• Manage your account details
• Change your plan

We will also send you an automated E-Mail to let you know when you have passed 50%, 85% and 100% of your plan’s included monthly data allowance.
