How do I reschedule my nbn™ appointments?
If you are unavailable for your scheduled appointment the following options are available:
Reschedule your appointment
Contact ACN Customer Service at least two business days prior to your appointment. An nbn™ fee may be applicable if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours. This charge will be passed through from nbn™ to ACN which we will apply to your account.
Please note: In the event you need to reschedule your nbn™ appointment. the next available appointment may be up to 6 weeks from your initial appointment date.
Arrange a friend or family member to attend your appointment on your behalf
You can nominate someone over the age of 18 to be in attendance for the nbn™ appointment. They may need to make some decisions on where the equipment will be installed. Ensure you have discussed this with them and your preferences prior to your nbn™ appointment.
