Support for nbn™

Existing Customers
Our existing ACN nbn™ customers will continue to be fully supported through our ACN Customer
Service via live chat or calling 1300 881 778.

New Services
From 1 May 2019 new nbn™ broadband services will be available through our partner,
Vodafone, and they are there to help you.

Placing an order?
If you would like to place an order then you need to visit your IBO’s Personal IBO Website. If you
have any questions during your online sign up then call our dedicated ACN Vodafone customer
service number on 1300 365 898. Orders placed by any other means will result in your IBO
not being recognised for your service sign up.

Earnings as an ACN IBO are based solely upon the successful sale of products to customers and their usage of those products.
