How to Top Up your Data in MyAccount

With MyAccount, you are able Top Up your data usage online without the need to contact us.

To Top Up your data usage:
1. Log into your MyAccount with your Customer ID/Username and Password
2. Under the “Plans + Usage” tab, click on the active service you wish to Top Up your data for.
3. Click on “Usage” button on the right side menu bar:

4. On the Usage screen, navigate to “Active Top Up” section where you will see all available Top Up amounts:

5. Select the desired amount by clicking on the appropriate button.
6. Please wait until the Data Top Up has been processed. You will receive a confirmation within few seconds.
