How to pay your bill in MyAccount
With the new MyAccount, you are able to pay, download your bills or request payment extensions.
To pay your Bill:
1. Log into your MyAccount with your Customer ID/Username and Password
2. Under the “Bills + Payments” tab, click “Make a Payment“.
3. Select the Payment method and enter the total amount of your Bill that you wish to pay at this time.
4. If you do not have any saved Payment types, you will need to enter your Credit Card details. If you have already a saved method and wish to use it, select it now and click “Continue“.
5. To add a new Payment type, fill out the “Credit Card Details” section correctly:
You may save this payment method for future if you wish to use this card again. To do this, tick the box “Save this payment method”.
6. Click “Continue” to pay your bill. You will receive a confirmation stating that the bill has been paid.
