Forgotten your MyAccount username

To recover your username either for your Customer ID or MyAccount, please navigate to the MyAccount login website and click on the link “Forgotten your username?” under the Username field.

To Recover your username:

1. Expand “Forgotten Customer ID username” or “Forgotten MyAccount username” depending on which username you need to recover.
2. Fill out the form by entering all required details.
3. Click the “Submit” button to generate the Customer ID reminder email.
4. After a few minutes you should receive the CustomerID reminder email which is sent to the email address you entered on the form. The email will contain your Customer ID.
5. Use the provided Customer ID to login to the MyAccount site with your password.
