At Conxxion, we work hard to ensure you get rewarded for every customer you refer. Here’s something worth knowing so you don’t miss out on any well-earned commissions.

What to Watch For

Some customers may have browser extensions like Coupert, Shopback or Cashback, which automatically suggest promo codes during checkout. These codes can override the Conxxion referral, as the customer is being offered an additional benefit – such as a discount or cashback from a different partner – and when that happens, the sale won’t be attributed to you, even if it came through your storefront.

The Good News

You can still claim the sale if a customer accidentally uses one of these codes. Just submit a missing claim within 21 days of the order being placed. If the customer agrees to forgo the widget’s offer, MATE will attribute the sale back to you.

Tip to Share With Your Customers

Encourage your customers to manually type promo codes in like BEIN30, BEIN20 or MATE30, and avoid selecting codes from the dropdown list, as those may come from third-party widgets and override your referral.

This helps ensure the sale stays linked to you and your storefront.

Although this should only affect a small number of customers, we want to help you protect your hard-earned referrals — and make the most of every opportunity!
