- A Qualifying Service is defined as a successful IBO sale where a new Alinta Energy or Sumo, Residential or Small Business, Electricity or Gas service account has been created.
- For Existing IBOs: The Campaign commences at 12:00am (AEST) on Monday, 1 December 2025 and closes at 11:59pm (AEDT) on Wednesday, 31 December 2025.
- For New IBOs who join in December 2025: The Campaign is for their first 30 days\
- To obtain a Bonus, an eligible IBO must reach the Qualification Threshold of number of Qualifying Services outlined in the table below:

Excluded Services
- Switched services between Alinta Energy and Sumo
- Price plan changes (i.e. an existing Conxxion energy customer who upgrades their plan)
Review of Entries
- First review of services will take place on 6 January 2026 where any IBO that has at least 6 services that have FRMP’d (activated) will receive bonus as per above criteria.
- Subsequent reviews of services will be conducted on the 20 January 2026, 3 February 2026, 17 February 2026. Services must be active/pending on the day of review.
- Any services that were live and since cancelled will not be counted.
- Conxxion’s decision regarding an IBO’s Qualifying Services and Bonus is final and cannot be contested. No review of unclaimed service after 90 days.
