  1. Qualifying Service is defined as a successful IBO sale where a new Alinta Energy Residential or Small Business electricity or gas service account has been created in NSW, VIC, QLD or SA.
  2. The Campaign commences at 12:00am (AEDT) on Saturday, 23 March 2024 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on Tuesday, 30 April 2024 (Campaign Period).
  3. To obtain a Bonus, an eligible IBO must reach the Qualification Threshold of number of Qualifying Services for each Reward Tier as outlined in the table below:

Excluded Services

  1. A Qualifying Service is not
    1. upgrades to existing customer accounts; or
    2. new accounts created in WA.

Review of Entries

  1. Alinta Energy will review all Qualifying Services on Tuesday, 4 June 2024 with scheduled payment date 17/04/2024
  2. Services must be live/pending on the day of review (4th of June). Any services that were live and since cancelled will not be counted.
  3. Alinta Energy’s decision regarding an IBO’s Qualifying Services and Bonus is final and cannot be contested.
  4. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Alinta Energy’s discretion.
  5. Alinta Energy accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestions, or any other reason.
