Product Resources – Alinta Energy

1. Eligibility:
   This promotion is open to new Independent Business Owners (IBOs) who join Conxxion in Western Australia between 1 November and 30 November 2025.

2. Qualifying Period:
   • Each IBO’s first 30-day and 60-day qualification periods are counted from their individual join date.
3. • Services must be submitted, live or pending within the qualifying period to count toward the bonus.
4. • Services that are cancelled prior to or after the review date will not be eligible and will not contribute to bonus qualification.

3. Bonus Structure:
   • 6–11 Alinta Energy Gas services within the first 30 days: $150 cash bonus OR
4. • 12 or more Alinta Energy Gas services within the first 60 days: $300 cash bonus.
5. • ^Maximum total WA Gas bonus per IBO: $300.

4. Eligible Services:
   • Applies to Alinta Energy Gas services in Western Australia only.
5. • Includes both new customer and upgrade services.

5. Review and Validation:
   • Reviews will be conducted on 2 and 16 December 2025, 6 and 20 January 2026, 3 and 17 February 2026, and final review on 10 March 2026.
6. • To qualify, services must be live or pending on the review date.
7. • Any previously live services that have since cancelled will not be counted.
8. • Bonuses paid early for services later found to be cancelled or ineligible may be reversed at Conxxion’s discretion.

1. A Qualifying Service is defined as a successful IBO sale where a new Alinta Energy Residential or Small Business electricity or gas service account has been created in NSW, VIC, QLD or SA.
2. Existing IBOs: The Campaign commences at 12:00am (AEST) on Saturday, 20 September 2025 and closes at 11:59pm (AEDT) on Friday, 31 October 2025 (Campaign Period).
3. New IBOs who join between 20 September 2025 and 30 September 2025: The Campaign commences at 12:00am (AEST) on Saturday, 20 September 2025 and closes at 11:59pm (AEDT) on Friday, 31 October 2025 (Campaign Period).
4. New IBO who joins in October 2025: campaign period is within their first 30 days.
5. To obtain a Bonus, an eligible IBO must reach the Qualification Threshold of number of Qualifying Services for each Reward Tier as outlined in the table below:

Excluded Services for cash incentive and draw:

A Qualifying Service is not:

1. upgrades to existing customer accounts; or
2. new accounts created in WA.

Review of Entries for cash bonus :

1. Alinta Energy/Conxxion will conduct a review all Qualifying Services on 3 November 2025 and 1 December 2025. Services must be live/pending on the day of review . Any services that were live and since cancelled will not be counted and early paid bonus for these services may be reversed.
2. Alinta Energy’s decision regarding an IBO’s Qualifying Services and Bonus is final and cannot be contested. There will be no review of unallocated orders after 1 December 2025.
3. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Alinta Energy’s discretion.
4. Alinta Energy accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestions, or any other reason.
