Honey Partnership Update

We wish to advise that Conxxion’s partnership with Honey will come to a close on 30 September 2026.

You can keep submitting new Honey customer orders until 30 September 2026. From 1 October 2026, you won’t be able to submit new orders for Honey services. Honey Insurance is changing its underwriter from RACQ to Zurich, and as part of this transition is scaling back its referral partnerships, including its partnership with Conxxion.

You can keep submitting new Honey Insurance customer orders until 30 September 2026. From 1 October 2026, you won’t be able to submit new orders for Honey Insurance services.

Existing Honey policies will continue as normal until the end of their current 12-month term, with RACQ still handling claims.

About a month before the policy ends, customers will get an email letting them know it’s expiring. Most customers will also be offered a new Honey policy, now underwritten by Zurich.

A small number of customers may not be eligible for the new policy. They’ll still get the expiry email, but without an offer. For existing Honey Insurance customers, points and commissions will continue to be paid in accordance with the Conxxion Compensation Plan for as long as those customers remain with Honey.

If you have any questions about the partnership or your existing Honey Insurance customers, please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions on our website, or contact IBO Support between 9:00am and 5:00pm AEST/AEDT, Monday to Friday.
