Gil Hotchkiss embodies what it means to be a grounded, purpose-driven leader. With over 20 years of experience in the Conxxion community, Gil has used his unique background and life journey to build a business focused on growth, connection and personal freedom.
Before Conxxion, Gil had already lived a full and adventurous life. After arriving in Cairns in the late 1970s following a sailing trip through the Pacific, he opened a diving shop, before eventually going back to school to become an accountant and investment advisor. And for 20 years he helped others manage their finances, but time was the one thing he didn’t have.
When he was introduced to the Conxxion Opportunity, he knew right away it was exactly what he’d been looking for. “One thing I understood straight away when I looked at Conxxion is it can give you everything you want provided you are willing to put the time and effort into it. You can build a phenomenal business.”
And build it he has. Gil has regained his time and found joy in helping others grow and develop their own Conxxion businesses. He’s stepped into the role of leader and mentor, developing a reputation as someone who not only guides others but also genuinely cares about their success.
For Gil, one of the most meaningful aspects of the business is the relationships he’s formed. Conxxion has introduced him to a community of like-minded individuals, and the friendships he’s built along the way are among his most valued rewards.
His message to new IBOs is simple but powerful: “Please, please don’t ever give up! Don’t think about it, never quit, continue with Conxxion and you will be wherever you want to be.”
