GETTING THERE

Wesley Conference Centre is located at 220 Pitt Street, Sydney, in the heart of the CBD.

It’s approximately a 25-minute drive from Sydney Airport (depending on traffic), with taxi and ride share services readily available.

The venue is also within easy walking distance of multiple public transport options, including:

  • Town Hall Station (2–3 minute walk)
  • Museum Station (5-minute walk)
  • Light rail via Town Hall stop on the L1 line
  • Multiple bus routes along George, Park, and Elizabeth Streets

PARKING

For parking near the Wesley Conference Centre (220 Pitt St, Sydney), consider Piccadilly Secure Car Park (Castlereagh St) with direct access or Hilton Secure Parking (opposite the main entrance on Pitt St).

EVENT SCHEDULE

Doors open at 8:00 am and close at 6:00 pm AEST. Download the Event Schedule to get info on the times and locations of all sessions!

DOWNLOAD YOUR TICKET

When you arrive at the venue, please have your ticket printed or ‘open’ on your phone ready for staff to scan. Once you’ve been checked in you will be given a wristband which will give you access to the entire event, so be careful not to lose it!

How to download your ticket:

  1. Visit acn.swoogo.com/syd2025 
  2. Click the ‘Download Badge‘ tab at the top
  3. Login with the email and password you created when you purchased your ticket. Don’t know your password? Click here to reset it.
  4. Once you’ve logged in, select DOWNLOAD TICKET (make sure pop-ups are enabled). Either print it or save to your phone.

PRODUCT ZONE

The Product Zone will be open from 8:00am – 5.30pm AEST in the Wesley Centre Foyer. This is a fantastic opportunity to chat to our partners and learn more about the products and services they offer.

LEADERSHIP MEETING

The Leadership Meeting is for Regional Coordinators and above. It will be held in the Wesley Centre Main Stage on Saturday 20 September from 8.15am – 9.30am AEST.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Complimentary coffee will be available from 8:00am to 9:30am in the Wesley Centre foyer, proudly sponsored by NMI.

DRESS CODE

As this is a business event, we recommend wearing business attire. Please note it can be quite dark in the ballroom, so please wear appropriate footwear, to ensure you avoid any slips and falls.

CHILDREN

As this is a business event, please note that children are not permitted to attend the Main Stage Event. A parents room is available for children during the event, however children must be supervised at all times.

  • Wristbands must be worn at all times throughout the event. Attendees without a ticket or wristband will be removed.
  • Portions of the event may be reproduced for promotional purposes. Your attendance signifies acceptance that your image may be included in future publications and/or videos.
  • For your safety, Conxxion prohibits running, pushing or saving seats. Should you be sensitive to noise please take precautions.
  • Be COVID Safe and protect yourself and others around you from getting sick by taking appropriate precautions. Follow advice provided by your local health authority. If you feel unwell or develop symptoms of COVID-19, get tested and stay at home until you receive a negative test result.
