Success often begins with a willingness to learn, take action, and trust the process. For Maisie Le, that journey has seen her build a thriving Conxxion business in a relatively short period of time, proving that determination, consistency, and strong relationships can create remarkable results. Having achieved the rank of Regional Director, Maisie’s story demonstrates that previous experience isn’t the deciding factor for success. Instead, a commitment to learning and helping others can open doors to new opportunities.
A New Opportunity That Made Sense
Maisie migrated to Australia more than 20 years ago and has spent most of her career working in pharmacy. While she has had some experience in network marketing, she was attracted to Conxxion because of its practical and straightforward concept. Her introduction to the business came through a chance encounter with someone who invited her to attend a business presentation in Sydney. “The concept just made sense to me,” she explains. These are services that people are already using every day. If people can save money on essential services and also create an additional income stream, that’s something worth sharing.”
Beyond the business opportunity, Maisie was motivated by the ability to help people during challenging economic times. Rising living costs have impacted many families, and she saw Conxxion as a way to help people reduce expenses while creating opportunities for additional income.
Turning Challenges into Growth
Like many people entering the industry, Maisie faced her share of challenges. One of the biggest was overcoming skepticism from others. “Some people think it’s too good to be true,” she says. Others worry it might be a scam because they don’t fully understand it. Rather than becoming discouraged by objections, Maisie focused on education and transparency. She showed people exactly how the services worked, encouraged them to review the savings for themselves, and highlighted the flexibility of the offerings.
Maisie also faced a different challenge—her own lack of experience with technology and online business tools. “When I started, I knew nothing,” she laughs. I didn’t even know how to download Zoom. My husband used to do everything for me. “Instead of allowing that to hold her back, she committed herself to learning.” I believed that if someone was successful, I should learn from them. Whatever they asked me to do, I did it.”
Building a Business Through Relationships
Maisie’s approach to building her business was simple: connect people to the opportunity and learn alongside them. In her early days, she focused on inviting people to presentations and allowing experienced leaders to explain the concept. As her confidence grew, so did her knowledge and ability to share the business herself. “I learned together with my business partners,” she says. “We grew one step at a time.”
She credits much of her success to the strong support systems available within Conxxion, including training sessions, Zoom calls, events, and mentorship from leaders. For Maisie, relationships are at the centre of everything. “This business is about people and relationships,” she explains. “If you build strong relationships and genuinely help people, your business will grow.”
The Power of Events and Continuous Learning
One of the turning points in Maisie’s journey came after attending a major Conxxion event on the Gold Coast in March 2026. While she had already joined the business, the event helped her see the bigger picture and strengthened her belief in what was possible.
“When I came back from the event, I decided it was time to really build my business,” she says. Since then, Maisie’s has made training, personal development, and events a non-negotiable part of her success strategy.
She believes that learning is one of the most important ingredients for growth and encourages every new business owner to plug into every available training opportunity. “Without training and events, it’s difficult to grow. Every event teaches you something new and helps you build confidence.”
Achieving Regional Director
Maisie’s dedication, willingness to learn, and commitment to consistent action paid off when she achieved the rank of Regional Director. The achievement represents more than a title. It is proof that anyone can succeed when they remain coachable, take action, and stay connected to the community around them. Her rapid progression has inspired others within the business and demonstrated what is possible when people fully engage with the systems, training, and support available.
Looking Ahead
As Maisie continues to grow her business, her focus remains on helping more people save on their bills, create additional income, and build stronger financial futures. Her plan is to achieve Regional Vice President. Maisie’s message for anyone considering the opportunity is simple: “Keep learning, stay connected, and trust the process. You don’t need to know everything when you start. I certainly didn’t. If you’re willing to learn, follow successful people, and genuinely help others, you can achieve far more than you think.”
Her journey is a powerful reminder that success isn’t about where you start—it’s about your willingness to learn, grow, and take action.
