With effect from Wednesday, August 26, EnergyAustralia’s Online Quoting Tool, “EAzyQuote” no longer accept Concession Cards as a form of identification.
Customers who require a concession benefit to be applied to their account will need to contact EnergyAustralia’s call centre on 136 102* after receiving their confirmation pack. An EnergyAustralia operator will be able to apply discounts to the customer’s account.
Acceptable forms of ID include the following:
– Australian Drivers Licence
– Medicare Card
– Passport number
*South Australian customers will need to call the Department of Communities and Social Inclusion on 1800 307 758 to register their concession details.
