1. Click “Settings’ in your Email Portal

2. Click the ‘Folders’ tab and then click the ‘+’ sign in the bottom left hand corner.

3. Name the folder ‘Trash’ and then click ‘Save’.

You are now able to delete messages that are sent to the ‘Trash’ folder.
